• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property descriptions
• Property availability at the time of inquiry
• Prices, which are subject to change without notice
• Property conditions, which may vary

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

You may not use our website:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

M&R Property Group acts as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, and property owners. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of property information provided by property owners or sellers
• The completion of transactions between parties
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Property conditions not disclosed by the property owner

All property transactions are subject to separate agreements between the parties involved. We recommend conducting due diligence and seeking legal advice before completing any real estate transaction.

In no event shall M&R Property Group, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M&R Property Group and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
